Pay as you go:
Personal Training £40.00
(for a 60 minuet session.)
Subscription:
Training Series £175.00 for 5 sessions (Each session is 60 minuets)
*PT Client Special Offer: Take up to 4 Taster fitness classes at the discounted price of £5.00 per class when starting as a new subscriber to our training series*

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Promoting well-being through fun friendly fitness classes designed to enhance health, fitness and comradery. All abilities welcome to join as workouts are adapted to each members needs.
Pay as you go:
Group fitness class £7.50
Subscription:
Monthly group fitness classes £22.50
(Subscription includes a minimum of 42 available classes per annum)
*Subscription Clients Special sign up Offer: Up to 2 personal training sessions per year at a discounted price of £30.00 per session*

HEALTH AND FITNESS SUPPORT SERVICES
Nutritional Guidance £15.00
Postural Assessment and corrective exercises £35.00

PERSONAL TRAINING AND FITNESS CLASS BONUS OFFER
If you are joining us for both our Personal training and Monthly class subscriptions, you will have the added benefit of a Nutritional Assessment & Measure, with exclusive use of the Resilience app to track and manage your progress.
